For Cash on Delivery orders, our delivery partner may collect the payment at the time of delivery.

Customers must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package.

Any eligible claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the required evidence.

8. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly required to record the complete unboxing of their package.

The video should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package, and the product immediately after opening.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in the return, replacement, or refund claim being rejected.
